The Word of God tells us that when Moses called the people together to instruct them on how they were to build the tabernacle and what God expected of them, the people overwhelmingly responded, and the purpose of God was easily accomplished. Why? The children of Israel functioned out of three very important heart conditions that are essential to accomplishing any vision. First, they had willing hearts that readily agreed with the instruction. Secondly, they contained hearts that were wise to the Spirit of God, and finally they had hearts that were stirred or moved by the Spirit of God. These three hearts must be in operation to see any vision accomplished, and we must ask the Father to implant them in us to see our visions manifested.
