God desires that we prosper and walk in the fullness of all that He has ordained for our lives. But that desire must also become our desire and part of activating the desire of God in our life is to practice the truth of God's Word.
The Scripture in Proverbs 11 reveals the promise that "those who generously scatter their seeds increase more." God increases and blesses the believer when he is liberal and generous in his giving. The sowing of seeds involves releasing what is in our hands to receive what is in His hands.
